Ramaili brings a wealth of corporate experience from diverse sectors including the financial sector.
It also stated that he has served as both chief operations officer and later chief compliance officer at Lesotho Post Bank.
“He has also served as both chief operating officer at Letshego Financial Services, head of legal and compliance, and company secretary at First National Bank. This followed a promotion from the position of legal and compliance manager.
“This was proceeded by his role at Vodacom Lesotho as the senior specialist in legal contracts and his first job as a legal officer at the Water and Sewage Company. LNDC has a big role to play in empowering Basotho to convert good ideas into bankable projects. He believes the experience he has brought from the banking sector will enhance LNDC’s development finance role of offering financing solutions to support private sector-led industrial development and economic diversification,” the statement read.
