Mr. Vinay Kumar Rathi is a seasoned banker having professional banking experience of over 28 years in Bank of Baroda. He has a MBA in Banking & Finance, He also holds a PGDBM in Marketing & Finance.
During his career in the Bank, he has worked in 5 states of India and 2 emirates of UAE, having wide range of geographical experience. He also has Multidimensional Experience in various domains of Banking like MSME, Corporate, Retail, Agriculture, Wealth Management, Liabilities, and Training, etc. involving leadership, Credit management, Marketing, Operations, Risk Management, Compliance and Collections etc.
Before joining the Bank of Baroda (Kenya) Ltd. as Managing Director, he was working as Dy. General Manager and Business Head of Auto Loans division in India.
