Lloyd Banda is the Chief Risk and compliance Officer for the Malawi Agricultural and Industrial Investment Corporation (MAIIC.) He holds an Executive master in Business Administration (MBA) degree from ESAMI, a BSc (Hons.) in Financial Markets & Management from the University of Manchester, UK, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers UK (ACIB). He has over 17 years’ working experience in banking having joined First Capital Bank (then FMB in 2002). He later worked for the National Bank of Malawi and FDH Bank Limited where he rose to the Position of Senior Manager. His areas of expertise are in Credit, Risk and Compliance, and Treasury.
