Goke is the co-founder & CEO of Helium Health MEA’s leading health tech company and the founder and Managing Partner of MAGIC Fund, a $40M early stage global venture capital firm, headquartered in Los Angeles.
The Nigerian-born entrepreneur holds degrees in Engineering and management from Johns Hopkins University & Morgan State. He began his career in technology building payment systems at Goldman SachseBay & PayPal.
Goke is a serial founder who has built several prominent technology companies from the idea stage, a prolific investor in hundreds of startups across 30+ countries, a speaker at several notable institutions, and a creative advisor to a growing network of talent across the globe.
He enjoys an electric array of music, delights in being of service to others, and is an advocate for all mental health. Goke splits his time between Los Angeles, Lagos and London.

Goke founded Helium Health in 2016 with a mission of making quality healthcare a reality for all Africans by providing digital infrastructure for the continent’s ailing healthcare system. The company has since grown to become a household name across the region, serving thousands of providers and millions of patients annually. The 150-person team is spread across 7 countries and backed with $35M+ in funding from global investors/partners (such as Tencent, Y Combinator, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The World Bank).

As the founder & Managing Partner of MAGIC Fund, an early-stage global venture capital firm, Goke is passionate about supporting transformative companies.
