Mr. Sharka Samuel Sannoh is the Chief Executive Officer of the Sierra Leone Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (SMEDA) under the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Sharka is an accredited registered candidate for the Chartered Procurement and Supplies Professionals (MCIPS) with registration number 005671854.
He holds an MSC in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, from Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield, United Kingdom, a Postgraduate Diploma in Procurement Management, from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), Sierra Leone, an MBA (Finance) Degree from Njala University, a Bachelor of Science Degree, Fourah Bay College and a Higher Teachers certificate in Business Studies, Milton Margai College of Education and Technology.
He has a very wide-ranging work experience however, the most significant ones are; not until now, was the Head of internal Audit for Sierra Leone State Lottery Company Limited, Invoicing Manager of Freetown Terminal Limited Subsidiary of the Bollore African Logistics, Accountant, Accountant Generals Department, Finance Manager, Campaign for Good Governance, Sierra Leone and Procurement and Logistics Manager, Electricity Generation and Transmission Company (EGTC) Sierra Leone. Mr. Sannoh is a long-term Part-Time lecturer at Njala University teaching various Accounting and Procurement modules and a trained and certified Security Industry Authority Personnel of the United Kingdom.
