Nkosana Mazibisa is an award-winning pragmatic social entrepreneur cum community leader who believes entrepreneurs should have broad and deep involvement with the societies in which they do business. In 2018 he participated in the General elections in Zimbabwe as an independent candidate in the local council. Nkosana believes in character-driven leadership, it is derived from the core of his authenticity: That is individual power, relational power, and contribution power. Where people don’t only come for value in him but warmth as a leader. When aligned with empathy and action, the character adds energy, value, service, and contribution to all it touches; the character elevates human endeavor. Therefore this is a type of leadership with the only source of power that can add to or subtract from every other source. Nkosana is part of the 100 Start-UP Vein under World Youth Forum and participated in the Africa Summit in Egypt under the High Patronage of Abu Isis President of Egypt; and also part of 20 selected entrepreneurs from TEF and Afreximbank to participate in the inaugural Intra Africa Trade Summit in Cairo. this opportunity will equip me to think critically about Leverage life and work lessons from social entrepreneurship. As I interact with other ambassadors they will provide inspiration and frameworks on how to support a wide spectrum of young people seeking to make the world a better place in a way that is uniquely right for them. Lastly, I greatly benefit from how to increase community engagement, conflict resolution, team building, and systems that will function as checks and balances, and interdependence to constructively use multiple sources of information for planning and decision-making to identify and enhance sustainable development and identification of potential partners.
