Faustin Rukundo Byishimo is the Country Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Access Bank (Rwanda) Plc Since April 2021. He joined the Bank with more than 20 years of experience where he held several senior executive positions.
Before his appointment, and for 5 years, he served as the Executive Director – Business Development in a regional bank. He is multilingual with strong interpersonal skills and has developed expertise in operations, digital banking, product development, driving sales, managing relationships, and business development.
Faustin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting, and he is currently pursuing an Executive MBA and has been exposed to several trainings in various fields.
