Mrs. Vastina Rukimirana Nsanze was appointed as Director of the Bank for a period of three years with effect from May 04, 2018 and re-appointed for further 3 years.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Makerere University, a Certificate in Legislative Drafting from Commonwealth Secretariat/Commonwealth Fund for Technical Co-operation (CFTC), Nairobi,
Kenya and a Certificate in Legislative Drafting from the Commonwealth Secretariat attained at the Institute of Legislative Drafting in Canberra, Australia.
Mrs. Nsanze is also a member of Commonwealth Association of Legislative Counsel, an Advocate of courts of Judicature of Uganda. She has versatile experience in the drafting of laws and agreements and has good knowledge in the legal field.
