Fred Swaniker (born 1976) is a Ghanaian serial entrepreneur, educator, and leadership development expert, widely recognized for his mission to transform Africa by cultivating a new generation of ethical and entrepreneurial leaders. He is the Founder of the African Leadership Group, which encompasses the African Leadership Academy (ALA), the African Leadership University (ALU), ALX, and Sand Technologies. His vision is to develop 3 million African leaders by 2035.
