The Chief Executive Officer of NP (SL) Limited, Kobi Walker, is an accomplished visionary leader with extensive experience in general management, finance, sales, customer service operations, value chain, management strategic planning, marketing and business development. In addition, he is a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-certified information business leader and an MBA professional with over twenty years financial and commercial experience.
Kobi Walker has built an admirable status in financial and commercial management arena in and out of Sierra Leone. Being alone at the top now started with a determined and resilient dedication to hard work. The journey to the CEO status started in August 1988 when he was a Student Accountant at the Aldingston Naveesy and Co. Chartered Accountant (UK).
Kobi possesses a deep reservoir in management skills, business development, financial and commercial management. He has a pool of international business experience working for world-class multinational companies in Europe and Africa with proven track record in management, corporate governance, social responsibility management, project management, financial management, customer relationship management, marketing management and company secretarial functions with sound communication and interpersonal skills. Over the decades, he has developed strong analytical, process facilitation, influencing and negotiating skills.
He further embeds distinguish standings on building businesses, process improvements and delivery sustainable growth in FMCGs, and financial intermediation.
The CEO-in-Chief, Kobi Walker has thoroughly worked within and outside of Sierra Leone on different capacities on financial and commercial management and business development in which he performed remarkably well.
During these gymnastic working periods, he has also served as leader in other activities. He was President – Senior Staff Association at the National Development Bank in September 2001, President – Sierra Leone Brewery Sports Club in 1993-1997, Director – Union Trust Bank in 2012-2019, Executive Director – NP Liberia in 2004-present, Deputy Chairman – Sierra Leone Employers Federation in 2018-present, and Trustee – National Social Security and Insurance Trust in 2008-present.
Kobi Walker attended the St. Philips Primary School in 1975 where he was academically baptized and confirmed to pursue academic glory. He proceeded to the Prince of Wales School in 1977 and later sat to his Ordinary Certificate in Business Studies at the Albert Academy School in 1982.
As the quest to acquire more academic height burns within, he furthered his education at the Hamilton College of Technology, Hamilton, Glasglow, Scotland where he obtained HNC in Accounting in the year 1984.
In August 1990, Kobi Walker graduated as a Financial Administrator at the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators.
Furthermore, as greatness knocks at his door, he acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA): Major in Marketing and Finance at the Institute of Public Administration and Management, IPAM – USL in August 2007.
Kobi Walker has travelled far and wide. He has been to more than ten countries for extensive and enriching career training and exposure in which he has benefitted immensely and that has helped him to thrive unabatedly in financial and commercial management.

Under his forensic leadership and supervisory role at NP (SL) Limited, the company was honoured as the Best Company of the 2018/2019 by the African Consulting Group.
